Crawfish tails, shelled and seasoned with a warm spice blend. The tail meat is sweet and dense, and the chilli-forward coating gives it the sharp, moreish character that makes crawfish such a popular snack across Asia.
They are ready to eat straight from the pack, or can be warmed briefly in a pan or microwave to loosen the spice. Serve them as a snack with a cold drink, fold them into noodles, or scatter them over rice.

Keep frozen until use. Consume within two days of thawing.
Good to know
Everything here comes off the ice and straight into the order. Cut, cleaned and trimmed by hand, then packed the same day it is picked. Expect firm flesh, clean edges and the smell of the sea rather than the fridge.
Cook it simply. Butter, lemon, a hot pan or a low oven will do more for it than anything complicated.
